Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Thankyou to everyone for making these posts. I was just about to send my money away to these marketing con artists before I came across this forum. Many posts here remind me of posts I have made on other forums about other products! So all I can say is.... I love you Felix & the FPA!!!

This Tony is really something. The reply I received from him...

You love Felix?? HE is the scammer!! NOT US!!!

Those people weren't even members.

Anyone that knows anything about forex, knows the FPA is the ONLY place on the Internet one can turn to for the truth. So I would like to know how Felix is a scammer when he has never asked for a cent of my money for all the valuable information on his website!?!?! There has never been a request for a single dollar and there never will be if you know anything about him and his story.

So do you care to explain how Felix is the scammer in all of this rather than Tony & Colin, who demand an instant $500 from each new member and receive $150 per month thereafter?

Tony you are a disgrace.

Well looks like the shops shut forever, this is the e-mail they send to let you know you've missed out.

If any of the 97 people who have paid for this would like to at some stage in the future let the rest of us unenlightened know how they got on that would be just swell, you've been a little quiet recently. Good trading.

Goodbye ***** *:-(

Well I'm sorry to say it... but you missed it.

Gone forever...

The doors to my Private Members Trading Club are now well and
truly CLOSED.

It's a shame you didn't make it in but I was serious about only 97
people being allowed into my Private Members Club.

Email me if you want to go on my waiting list. I may take on a few
extra members next year if I can get another trader to take up the
slack.

Goodbye for now *****, all the best...

Kind regards
Colin

PS. If you want another way to make a ton of m'oney go and look at
what my friends Eric, Peter and Warren are doing...

I have been in Colin's Club now for about 6 months and I have to say I'm shocked at some of the posts on this forum. I have found Colin and all his staff to be nothing but helpful. I struggled at first so when I requested help I got extra sessions over the phone with 2 other people. Colin spent literally hours helping me to trade. I have NEVER had this kind of help from ANY Forex company before.

I am happy to say that I am regularly making money with Forex thanks to Colin and his team. To say that Colin is a scammer I think is very offensive with no just cause. I have re-read the forum comments and one thing is blindingly obvious... THEY DID NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I know it states clearly that the refunds are conditional and that you are committing to 3 MONTHS minimum if you join Colin's live trading room. As usual the lazy people can't be bothered with the detail or read T and C's etc. These I believe are the same people who will NEVER make money from Forex. They simply don't have the patience or discipline to concentrate on the finer details. This results in them blaming the trainer / trader when they should actually take a good look in the mirror.

I am very happy with Colin Atkins. He knows this because I am constantly telling him in the LIVE Room :)

If you are the type of person who cannot give 3 months to practice and learn Colin's style of trading then stay away. If you can't read basic terms and conditions then stay away. If you think that making 10 pips profit over and over and over again is a stupid way of trading stay away. However, if like me you want to be helped and shown how to trade Forex PROPERLY... give it a go.

Oh one other thing... can anyone explain to me why a MEMBER / CUSTOMER who was losing money for years joined Colin's Trading Room, was turned into a profit machine and is now a senior trader that covers for Colin in the live room when he is on holiday ???? Proof positive that Colin is not a scammer me thinks :)

Colin is such a nice guy, and he works very hard to help people to learn and trade Forex. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

All the best everyone, I hope you all have the same success as me.

Anyone can make any claims of profitability or lack thereof, but Tony's lack of finesse is on public display for all to see.

I personally would never join a room that has a 3 month minimum initial entry. To me, that shows that the company has a lack of confidence in the returns and realizes that most new members probably won't stay for more than one month. Add to this the total lack of evidence of success, and my personal recommendation would be to avoid the service. Signing up for a 3 month commitment based on "trust me" is generally a very bad idea.

I'd love to investigate how well Collin really trades, but no one has posted investor access to a live account. That's the only REAL proof.

Maybe this service works but for me personally, I could not make enough money to cover the monthly subscription costs.

Sarah, how long do you have to spend at your computer each day to make daily profits?

I have just become a member to contribute to this thread.
I had a very similar experience to Richy.
I thought I could learn from an expert so signed up for it. Having paid two months' subscriptions I (like Richy) realised that I wasn't going to be able to cover the monthly membership fee so decided to cancel but was informed that I was tied in for 3 months. (I know - I should have trawled through all the terms and conditions first).
I also asked for a refund but got the rebuff email from Sue:
"Our money back guarantee is not an unconditional one. It only covers the none performance of Colin. It does not cover personal approval, circumstances, ability, room attendance, take up of training, IT issues or anything else."

I really wish I had found this website before I joined Colin's bandwagon. I am £450 poorer but very much wiser for the experience. Its true what they say: "If it looks to good to be true...."

Hi Helen
I have also been a member of Collins club and before even one month had gone by I decided to cancel cause I saw that I won't be able to cover my cost per month for this club with the results they are getting

I also immediately asked for a refund but got exactly the same reply as you.
I went through a very long process and to cut a long story short they refused to give me a refund with no valid reason what so ever.

I followed a different route and got my money back
I will explain it to you and to any other person that might be interested.

I wrote to the webmaster to find out how I can get my e mail address to you without everybody else seeing it on the forum.

As soon as they tell me how to do it I will e mail you.

I am sure I can help you to get your money back.

Shawn

I can see some possibilities for early cancellation or even refunds.

According to the company website:

"The preferred method of payment is through SWREG.org and bank Standing Order. SWREG has many different payment providers such as PayPal, debit cards etc. For peace of mind you have total control over your Standing Order payments unlike a direct debit. Standing Order will also make your payments cheaper."

This would mean that you could probably cancel via SWREG and might even be able to seek a refund through them if the service did not match expectations. The same applies to the source of the payments - Paypal, your debit card, your credit card, etc.
