    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Beware! Capital One Forex is a scam company and did not return my profit after him promise me

I am having an issue with a company
Capital One Forex have just de-registered themselves from FSCL and now it seems that they are no longer regulated and for those who got scammed by them, chances of us getting our money back are not good. We should all come together to file a lawsuit or make a complaint to the police/Interpol against them. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks and should be punished for it.

Thats good idea please tell me how can i make a complaint to the police/Interpol against them ?
I have all my documents approve for my money
we must begin at this direction.
 
Do you have any personal information of Samir Beool? That will be useful to press these charges forward. Do you know of anyone in Cyprus? If you do, maybe you can ask that person to lodge a police report against Samir. I have his residential address in Cyprus. In the mean time, I have already lodged a complaint to Cysec and will be waiting for them to get back to me if they ever do.
 
there have been lots of complaints about samir, and capital one continues to operate and this is really bad, even i got a call from their reps trying to make me deposit with them and i declined more than once, crazy people!!

yes i know some good pepole in cyprus give me address samir there i hope be in cyprus not in jordan
