    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Capital One Forex scam

I am having an issue with a company
If you are very lucky, you'll win this month's drawing for the lucky client who gets a payment. CapOne seems to do this every now and then so they can claim that they are fixing all problems. It's too bad that for ever person who gets a withdrawal from them, many more new reports of failure to process withdrawals come in.
 
Now it's been 3 days since the funds were withdrawed from my account, but hasn't been transfered to my Skrill account. I am starting to think that they just frozed my account so that I couldn't make more money, because my initial full equity withdrawal was 1300 since the first request I have been treading on and managed to get it to ~1900, maybe they started to worry that I will hire an lawyer :D Interesting thing was that I looked in NZ regulation and saw that they don't have regulation anymore, then I asked customer manager and I got an link to NZ regulation which was noted that it has regulation, but when I filed an complaint to NZ regulation I was told that Capital One Forex is Deregulated.

So that Bastard Samir Beool also runs 5starsforex? No wonder there has already been complaints against that broker. This guy really needs to be lock up behind bars pronto.
 
I sent e-mail with these links to them, no reply, as always I think they don't give a sh*t about their reputation.

Since Samir the Scammer has your money, he doesn't have a lot of reason to bother talking to you.
