    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem CiTrades.com won't process my withdrawal

I am having an issue with a company
Upgrade. No one has answered any of the dozens of emails. This week I have been trying on the contact page without getting any response. They have already been five cancellations withdrawal. And the circus continues ..

Keep reporting this as far and wide as possible. Citrades/Citrader has been a scam since Day 1, and the more people who report it, the better the chances these criminals get shut down.
 
Hi Pharaoh.
Just yesterday I received a reply from CiTrades canceling my withdrawal because "there are open transactions in your account, contact your account manager." I immediately checked my account and there are no "pending transactions" everything is the same since 30 March 2016. Then I answered the message with a new claim and minutes later I received a similar email. After that there is no other answer. View attachments.

My first complaint was made on Skrill (Moneybookers) and have mocked me, see first post. Also in FCA.uk - ActionFraud.Police.UK -Consumer.uk - isa.gov.il and some others. I've also posted in various forums. I've never had any kind of response.
 
Unfortunately, some scams are hard to kill. Keep spreading the word as far and wide as possible. If you can get your local police to take a report, ask them to escalate it to Interpol.
 
Hi. I think this is the last update.
1) I have made eight applications for withdrawal (attached) and I have systematically ignored.
2) From Wednesday 26 the previous week. maintenance continues on the web citrades.com. So I'm thinking that it will no longer function (perhaps handed him justice)
3) Just for the record, including all reports I've done, the only organization that has been kind enough to give me some kind of answer is ISA - Israel..

I'm sorry to hear these scumbags still haven't paid what they owe, but am very glad to see their website is at least partly out of action.
