Trial by jury

FPA is not a trial by judge forum. It's a trial by jury. Judges are supposed to be impervious to tears, anger, and pleas, making a decision based on law. Juries can be swayed. Trying to use technicalities to avoid punishment is not how you win over juries. They look at tears, anger, pleas and the elusive "does this person seem like a criminal" feeling. Even if this guy was innocent, a sleazy lawsuit threat with no attempt to appease the jury or even address the issues presented is a bad move. Please post threats. Let the jury decide.

He has left enough of a trail to get caught for his fraud. Enough people have to report him.
