Refund Issue
I am having the same problem that you faced. I have given all the information that they requested (ie two weeks of trading logs) and sent back the package. But when I send an email about refund, no response. I have sent couple of mails and I am trying to get my refund via my credit card company now. It is a kind of scam. I bought three months back the system and when they release this software Bill said only 100 copies will be available and make the people rush to buy. I checked the website today they scaming differant set of people and claiming it is a brand new system and only 100 copies will be available.
