This nut job needs to be locked up in a longer term mental hospital, that 4 days wasn't nearly enough. Get it together folks, hire an attorney and file a class action lawsuit against these hooligans who seemly have perfected their business model of robbing the public blind in broad daylight with virtually no opposition. Take them to court! Sound the alarm! Run! Go! Now!

The easiest and most legal way is to return the money, that's it and nothing else.

Why do brokers like these keep money which are not theirs? If you operate legally, then you have to be transparent and deal with your clients fairly.

If one doesn't return the money of legitimate clients, there is only one word for "SCAMMER".

Ok i will see.

Today i received a phone call from +442031500629 . And they are saying that they are from American Federal Bank, and they are the observer on the forex market all over the world. And they ask me if i lost any money illegally. I answered yes i have from NRGBinary.com

Then she told yes we have all the information and we will get your money back but we will deduct from your amount a 15% as fees. Are you agree ?

I agreed on that.. then she start asking me what is your civil id number and the credit card number that you pay your money from. After giving her all these information . she called me back and ask me if I gave her a fake number cause they can't reach my card.. I told her no it was right, but there is no money in my card.. it is zero balance.. then she said ok .. i will check and back to you again.

I get some doubt about this. I checked my credit card statement, and i found this ...

This failed transaction on my card.

And until now she didn't get back to me.

So if any body received such this call,,, Do Not Give them your details

What you describe sounds more than a little criminal.

Report that call to the police and to your credit card's bank. Also, file a complaint on it with econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints.

The case with RGbinary is not clear to us, meaning we do not even know where they are located. As you may now know, by now, The company we site claim that they are in Cyprus. The alfa group limited company is in Seychelles as they claim and the money goes to Investec bank in Mauritius. We as a group of victims would like to file a law suit, but in need of directions as how and where to start. The victims are in agreement to share the cost. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Finding where the broker really is hiding is one of the main challenges in going after them legally. In NRG's case, I believe you'll find the relevant parties are really located in Israel.
