Incoming Ticks vs Chart Price

Apparently they are shying away from posting on the forum now 
, I received an email from LQD that tick history are not stored and they cannot disclose the LP. I did not receive a response to: 2) Explain why the incoming ticks do not match the chart price and 3) Why is there no record of the trade opening and closing in the MT4 logs? Therefore, another email was sent, in addition, I am also querying the reason a limit order and stop order were duplicated when in both instances the EA only issued one order........only on LQD .
