Get to a different IP address and contact InstaForex chat like your an innocent newbie who wants to open an account. Be very inquisitive about where they are based and what regulators they claim to be registered with.

Well, the thing is that I cannot find a single lawyer to take the case. Meanwhile, thanks to Pharaoh and Insta's chat, I found:

The bad news is that it's a non-governmental organization and doesn't even bother to list it's members (maybe it only has one?).

The good news is that it claims to have been authorized by the Russian Ministry of Justice (itself a good place to complain about InstaForex) and also does have contacts for regional offices. Pick one or more regional offices and file a complaint about Insta Forex at those.

While you are at it, don't forget complaining to Interpol and econsumer.gov, plus any agencies in your country that handle internet based financial fraud.

I don't know is Insta is good or bad now! But after many things happened in FPA and on to their sites, I think it's better I should avoid trade with this broker.

I had withdraw about 4000usd from instaforex this month. I got the money first 2000usd within one day, they deposit to my moneybooker account.. And the second withdrawal 2000usd had pending about 3 days, and i get it today... i think should be no problem instaforex...

Actually, it is a bit offtopic here. But if you (probably insta's IB) insist, then tell your happy story that guy which is waiting his own (not trading profit or IB-award) $180k from 9th June.

jjleong is another one post wonder. People who create an account just to make one or two posts bragging about how great a company is usually work for the company.

Guess what jj? Insta is showing signs of being in deep financial trouble. If you really do have money with them, you should try to get as much of it out as possible now. They already are stealing from people who used LR. Who knows who they will steal from next.

Hi all following this thread. After speaking with quite a few lawyers on the above matter I was advised to gather as many as possible followers and start a group case against InstaForex. So all who have issues or claims against them please send an e-mail to alternative@dir.bg or pm with details.
