Ask them when you will get your funds into your account?

I have, they keept saying it will be processed and i must be patient, yet until now they have not done so. I sent them multiple emails per week with the same question bit they don't even reply to all of them.

Bad experience. I deposited $250.00 in January 2018. Mike Stice called from the London office to pursued me to deposit a significant cash sum. Capital One declined my request to fund my account and gave reasons why I should not deal with MAXcfd. "Bad customer feedback". Within 24hours I explained to Mike that my request for funds had been delined. He said he would check out from his end. No further response. Since then I have made multiple request to close my 'account'. No response. 4 weeks after my initial deposit, MAXcfd fined me $50.00 for non trading activity!! How do I get out of this??
