I already shared how to invite them, Copy the link of ther thread and send them via email,live chat or skype. Ask them to explain here why you were not allowed to withdraw your funds.

Ok so just copy the link of this thread to their email, and ask them to explain why i'm not entitle to my withdrawals, and ask them to respond to this forum thread. what if they don't come onto the website and reply to the thread.

Its up to them that they reply or not but you can try to invite them and the other steps you can open FPA traders court case against them. You can read more details about it here https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/pages/traders-court/

Then you can also open an FPA Traders Court case to put more pressure on them to resolve the situation.

While working on that, there's no reason to not simultaneously be preparing a chargeback case. If they won't pay your profits, it's better to get back some or all of your deposits than to get back nothing.

The problem is, i can't even get a number or get a hold of someone to talk to, they have this customer service centre that even the manager does not know who to deal with, they communicate only via email, not on the phone, they don't even have a compliance team, or a complaints department. So the only person i've really spoken to is the customer service manager, who has no idea how to address my issue, i've called like 5 times day after day, and each time, he only says that he will get someone to call me back, so the latest is, they will call me tomorrow, which will be 48 hours, from yesterday, this is only to get someone to call me to explain to me about the withdraw process. i just cannot believe it. i've got the contacts number for my ex broker, who now does not even reply to me, and the email address for both account managers, who does not reply to emails. they are just the biggest scam ever.
