This provider of EA's is a good example of what I might hope to see. It is operated by an individual based in Switzerland. The Swiss people have their own laws about disclosure that are different from those in the USA and as per those rules does not publish their details... however this individual has provided a sensible introduction to his business, fully explains and engages with the risks involved over many pages and a forum, and has a biography of the guy who runs it and who is (rightfully) very proud of his work. His "about" page shows his own photograph.
(NB. I am not a customer of theirs, they are literally the first that popped up out of a search - I cannot vouch for how well his products perform etc. etc.)
You, on the other hand, have a tiny one line disclaimer on your website. Your site is full of inspirational "get rich quick" statements and images. You refuse to allow customers to engage with you via phone and mail.
They have a helpful contact page and links to their regulators and service providers...
If you cannot see the difference between what you are doing and what a sensible operator SHOULD be doing then that too is a red flag against you.
We had initial 1 week offer which covered total 8 clients and all of them covered as we had promised so your that comment to a trash a misleading.
You have AT LEAST one customer ^^ above that felt he should have been covered by your guarantee. You have failed to honor it.

Another two red flags. I will not be joining your forum. You will not "trash" ANYTHING. Your view that this is some sort of game is a damning factor here. You seem to view stealing and operating an illicit bucket shop as a game, which it is not.
I repeat - Who are you? Why do you not have the courtesy to stand by your product, to be proud of your achievements and gain the recognition and rewards that come as a result? What is your business name and address (if any)? When will you refund customers who joined under the impression that they were covered by your guarantees, then lost all their money, only to find you unwilling to return their funds and also unwilling to provide them with contact details?
Resolve the above issues and I will cheerfully withdraw my statements.
Otherwise I would be happy to see your account marked as per forum conventions.
