Hi all forex expert and FPA admin.
I am facing a problem with the FXPrimus broker regarding the PO buy did not triggered. I have made a PO buy GJ on 30 April 2013 at price 150.95 and on 1 May 2013, the price go below my PO price at 150.844, it was a long spike candlestick if look at the MT4 chart. I have witness with my eye the price go until 150.844 but not trigger my position. On the spot, I contact the live chat to inform this issue. After discussion, he pass my question to trade department and request for 24 hours to investigate and reply it.
Today, I receive an email reply from them, but I am not happy and unsatisfied their respond. I feel that I have been cheated by them. Anyone here can give some advices?

mail as below:
Order: 19585653

This was a limit order which means, the order must be filled at 150.95 or better. The market price never ticked on 150.95 due to the widening of the spread during FOMC news release; which could be just as volatile as NFP.

Warm regards,

I think you need to ask them to recheck their bid/ask during that period very carefully.
