    This is not just confusing, this may have more than one interpretation and meaning and so is your Skype answer to PPM. And that's my friend is misleading according to the law of most countries.
    If you are too touchy and sensitive about being called "Big Fraud", so don't be one.

    Dear ppm,

    You've missunderstood again. This time Zarina's words:
    "Sorry, this in formation is incorrect"
    means that your information which you just wrote above (see your screenshot) is incorrect.

    I have explained in the simplest way I could, I told you all basics of the answer. If there is any mistake or wrong information we would admit it, but the only mistake which is clear is that there was wrongly asked and wrongly understood question.

    If you write many times the same statements it will not give you any productive results.

    As we see that no mistake or misleading from our side took place and thus no reasons for refunding.

    You may write to any forums you want, this is your right, our answer will be the same.

    All answers to your questions you may find in my previous post, but I've noticed that you did not answer my questions.

    Dear forum members, please, give your opinion about this case and let's close it.

    I'd like to get back to the basic core question here:

    This would mean that if I deposited $1000, got a $1000 bonus (so now I have $2000 in the account), and then lost $1000 of my $2000, the bonus would be removed. I believe that this is what happened to PPM.

    However, PPM didn't quite understand Item 16, so asked and was told:

    He then traded, losing enough money so that his balance dropped until it was less than or equal to the bonus, and the bonus was cancelled. He was not allowed to keep trading with the rest of the amount.

    Zarina Bagaeva confirmed both that Roman Gotviansky's statement was incorrect and that PPM could not keep trading on the bonus amount.


    So, my question for MasterForex's representative remains the same:

    A customer service agent incorrectly stated that PPM could keep trading all the way down to zero. How does Master Forex handle a situation where an agent gives incorrect information that can affect a client's trading decisions?

    Moderation of the forum makes some mess with our posts...

    We have hundreds of clients using this bonus, I answered some of them to their questions like the one I wrote in my first post and they were not mislead... ok, there is one client who asked some ALSO confusing questions, received the appropriate answers... and here we are talking about misleading and laws. It seems at least inappropriate.

    I already wrote what Zarina meant and why I answered as ppm wrote.

    You see the incorrectness from my side explained by ppm but don't you see the incorrectness of questions which I was asked by ppm? Don't you think that another question MEANT by ppm but NOT asked?
    We don't have telepatic abilities to know what my clients mean or think about so as the clients.

    Dear ppm,

    There is a strange situation:
    1. Misunderstood terms of a bonus;
    (The first way is to ask all the necessary questions)
    2. Inappropriate questions and thus inapropriate information
    (still unclear? But you just deposited and claimed the bonus instead of either further clarifying or choosing another bonus with more clear conditions for you)
    3. Then just one extremly risky and short living trade aganst market with total loss
    (no comments)
    4. A claim for deposit return

    We still don't have any reason of your claim.

    Look my question is very direct:

    What i have asked in chat is


    14:18 customer: can i lose the bonus in full during my trade??say i deposit 1000 usd and you give 1000 usd bonus.

    so in total it comes around 2000 USD. Can i trade till my 2000 usd becomes 0 ??

    will you cancel my bonus once my equity go below 1000 usd from 2000 usd?



    According to your bonus rule you should have answered my question as that we will cancel bonus once the equity(capital comes to 0).And you cannot trade with bonus..



    But in real what you have replied me as below:

    14:20 customer: you may loose you bonus and then continue trading with the rest amount.

    tell me how can i lose bonus and continue trading with the rest amount.??whereas your bonus rules says that my account becomes 0 when i lose the initial capital..

    But According to your information were dose a point comes that i can lose bonus at first and still continue trading with the rest amount.??

    I think you should make is more simple with an example or so

    Well I am sorry, should I maybe hail and praise scams instead? :)


    You can't blame your client here, I believe he asked you a question with good faith and from your answer I and many other understood it as PPM did

    One Lesson For Me About Deposit Bonus ..
    Because As My Experience, I Dont Mixed Bonus with My Deposit For Calculated My Trading Decissions, Because It Can Harm .. :)
    Is More Wisely When Trader Not Too Much Think About Bonus ..
    Is More Wisely When Broker Clearly Their Bonuses Rules ..

    Let me try this one last time. I'll try to make it even simpler this time.

    Item 16 says:

    If A, then Roman provided incorrect information. If B, why wasn't PPM allowed to keep trading. If C, please explain.

    In My View Is ..

    In Case I Have 1000 USD and I Get Bonus 1000 USD = 2000 USD My Total Balance, But When I Use That Balance For Trading, i Get Some Minus Floating Make My Equity -1000 USD .. Thats Make Me Lost My Bonus Automatically -1000 USD Bonus and In Logic Im Still Have 1000 USD Left In My Equity, But After Bonus Cancel Automatically My Balance 0 Because My Floating ..

    In My View Roman Just Explaination When Bonus Amount Decrease, Client Can Continue Their Trading.​
