Starting with have you tried to contact us before submitting a complaint?
Ending with we are still waiting for your reply and update about processing your request .. which apparently is not quick as your complaint!!!

Is there something specific you need from Trader10003017 before processing the withdrawal?

Money sent, complaint closed. I guess the withdrawal request wouidn't be processed still (or in such a "short" term) without this forum.
