Vistabrokers - dirtiest scam ever that robbed 4600 euro from me the second of trading!

Vistabrokers is a typical Cyprus & Russian style SCAM broker, which has no shame or bottom line and would do anything to rob you. I'm saying this not because I lost money - I'm a very experienced trader who has over 10 years experiences with almost all major brokers in this business, but I can responsibly tell you that VISTABROKERS IS THE LOWEST OF LOW!

I was attracted by their 100% deposit bonus. There are so many scam brokers that set bonus trap to scam people, so I sent vistabrokers an email and had their head of back office Ms Stavri Antoniou clearly confirmed that 'the bonus is tradeable and can be lost' (because I explicitly asked so). The first day 15th Jan 2016 I started to trade, I made over 2500 euro profit and suddenly they just disabled my trading to stop me from making more profit - I had to call them to enable it! And the second day 18th Jan 2016 they just suddenly changed the bonus terms to make it NOT tradeable! However because at that time my trading was losing, they just let me continue trading with the bonus; later when my trading began to go well, they just closed all my orders suddenly to TAKE OFF ALL MY MONEY! When I questioned them, they first denied the bonus is tradeable; then I showed them the original email from Ms Stavri Antoniou, they just ignored it and wouldn't dare to respond. I asked them why they allowed me to trade with the bonus after the new bonus term came out on 18th Jan 2016 while the notice email from them clearly said 'from Monday 18th of January and onwards, trading is not allowed on Credit Only accounts', they said they just gave me more time to get used to the new bonus terms - that's the dirtiest lie a broker can ever tell: a rule is a rule, if you can randomly decide when and how to apply the terms & conditions to customers, then a broker can rob the traders' money anytime and anyhow they want! And that's what happened to me - Vistabrokers just robbed all my money!

Calmly speaking, this broker is very suspicious based on my observation from the days' trading with them: 1) they are not properly regulated as Cyprus is a commonly known joke (google Ironfx which scammed thousands of traders and millions of dollars - it's 'regulated' by Cyprus); 2) their operation is very unprofessional and it seems they don't even have proper office or employees, it's highly possibly they are run by a group or even only a few scammers;

So if you want to become the next victim and have all your money scammed, go ahead with vistabrokers - but if I were you, I will STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM VISTABROKERS BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAM!!!

Based on my experiences, there are few brokers in this business are 'well regulated' - but that's how people make money in this business. If you are looking for perfectly moral model in this business, maybe you should stop hanging around at all - unless you have some sort of 'business relationship' with this so named 'broker'.

well the difference is Casino actually have rules which they don't so blatantly breach and might have some ethics - and this Vistabrokers has none.

We do understand your disappointment!

But on the other hand, you ignore the fact that we are fully licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). As well as we are passported with Financial Regulatory Authorities throughout European Union.

Based on that, it is really unfair to name us Scammers.

Our operations are legal. Vistabrokers employees are professional and they are the best in the industry.

Unfortunately, nowadays there is a trend for some people to start generalizing and saying bad about a Company. Here, we have different approach from others. We are a broker of human face. We are being so careful with anyone who uses our services. More importantly, we are trying our best to guarantee satisfaction.

Many people are having complains about Bonuses. It is because many people are not reading Terms and Conditions of the Bonuses. In our website, we have for each bonus its own terms and conditions to increase transparency and to clear questions. Also, we are sending emails regarding the bonus as well as we are having LiveChat.

Omar, unless VistaBrokers considers IronFx, BancdBinary, and many others to not be scammers, a claim that a Cysec registration number somehow magically prevents a company from scamming clients would be a less than honest claim.

You also forgot to mention that Lokiliang90 has the option to file complaints not only with Cysec, but also the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman if the email you are sending fails to provide a satisfactory explanation.


Lokiliang90, my advice for you is simple. Brokers don't hand out free money to make clients happy. Bonuses always come with strings attacked. I don't have all the facts of this case, so I don't know if EvenForex is within the terms of their bonus conditions or is scamming you. My advice is simple: Do NOT take bonuses from any broker under any circumstance. This will make it much easier to tell if a broker is mistreating you or not.
