They have really problem about payment system. So it is not possible to trade healthy with xe markets.
Sometimes it is possible to deposit, sometimes not
I am not sure there is bad intention. But it is their mistake.
I can tell about xe as a bad intention, their dealing desk is doing everything that they want.
They can take bonus that they gave few hours ago, eventough you don't have enough margin and can be stop out.
They are also stoploss hunter - you should pay attention.
Their withdrawal service is not bad. But it is already not easy to earn money in forex market. So it is harder with xe markets
