FXPMarkets.com withdraw problems

They are unregulated as far as I can tell.
They state that they are regulated by VFSC, and even provide a link to a pdf with their name n it.
On VFSC’s website however, there is a newer list of ‘members’ without their name on it.
Sorry to hear that. so I think you have hard way to go.
I checked their website and their registered address is Marshal Island.
Maybe you should marshal Island regulator too.
 
Attached the 2 statements from the 2 accounts. 81436840 was opened for me in July 2018 and where I did all my trading in. I tried to withdraw tha account balance on the 29th of March 2019.
Monday the 1st of April I was advised that FXPMarkets changed 'something' and that I had to login to a totally different MT4, using a totally different accountnumber, and a totally different password.
This new account was a exact copy of the account I did my trading in.

I think it is the time for Admin to take an action about this case and send it to the court of FPA
 
It's been a while.
Today I discovered that the 'new' MT4 is also out of business.

I had an legal advisor send an email to FXPMarkets, and they reacted promptly stating that all other complaints were way in the past, and that my 'issue' will be resolved as well.

We have never provided any false regulation certificates, nor have we pretended to have any other type of regulation.

All trades, deposits, withdrawals on your account were done by you directly, all financial transactions on the account were done by yourself, through the client area, and were never processed by us.

The mentioned warnings refer to 2 years ago, and are not relevant for this case.

What do I need to do to get this to trial?
I haven't heard anything anymore from FXP Markets, think they vanished into thin air.
 
Dear FPA, I do represent 3 more clients of FXPMarket, the total capital invested between us is considerable (more thank 60K€), not to mention that with the open trades we double our capital. Same systoms as our collegues explain before. Our main contact is Richard Hasting. That is missing in action. I just want to recover the capital. What I can do next? Can all of us affected group and make a legal claim?

I saw your help supporting another user.
So I really appreciate you help with me too. I do represent 3 clients of FXPMarket that in total have more than 60k€ capital invested. I’m not interested on the open operations (that double the capital), but to recover the capital. I did try to contact my regular contact person, Richard Hasting and other contacts but unfortunately since more than a month there is an absolute silence. Same sysmtoms than other clients, no answers, they change the MT4 accounts in April,.....
