Problem Invest Tech FX withdrawal problem

I do not know the stage at which you have gone as at today in terms of the withdrawal, is it still difficult?

Gentlemen in arms, I will continually advice that we should be mindful always of the very type of brokers we deal with. Let's always do our home work enough before we choose them. There are renown ones that seems to have guarantee.

Thank you for your good wishes, as long as I was only trading with the ITFX was no problem, the problems started when I first asked my money back.Relating to the ITFX I suggest to you withdraw your profit continually, so you can check their reliability!

InvestTechFX's Risk Agreement form contains the sections which may be relevant to you. Section 12 refers to "unauthorized...EA codes" and Section 13 refers to "unauthorized strategies" such as Martingale. The word "unauthorized" is too vague there; there's no way of knowing for sure if you comply. You might ask them to clarify.

When I started my account, I told them in an email what EAs I would be using. I presume their reply to that message implied approval.

Here's the wording of those sections:

"12. Trading Account Abuse - Account holders are strictly forbidden to abuse benefits given in any manner whatsoever or to use it in any manner except as foresaid. Any active trading found to be done by heavy scalping/EA activity with unauthorized, unrecognizable or unreadable EA codes will result in trades related to these abuses being null and void, the immediate closing of the account, and the full refund of the initial deposit. InvestTechFX can cancel all trading account benefits at any time and take any actions necessary such as cancelling client transactions, adjusting client account balances, etc. that might be required in their absolute discretion due to abuse of benefits or use of unauthorized equipment or heavy scalping activity."

13. Use of Illegal Strategy: Any use of the any unauthorized or illegal strategies such as the Martingale Strategy (strategy based on probability theory) is strictly prohibited. Any trader caught using this strategy will have their accounts immediately closed, and their initial deposit returned. All trades conducted using this strategy will be deemed null and void. "

It's glad to see a positive review here! I suggest any one who try to use EA or scalping on ITFX should contact them first to let your strategy be approved.

On my experence , you should keep each order opening at least 2 minutes averagely and take profit should at least 3 pip averagely in a short time when you try to scalping. This is legal strategy. Do not use forbidden EA which based on two different borker's price differrence.

I think ITFX is a true NDD broker and the only one who Honesty! Because they don't raise spread on cross pair! You can't find another like this, so please give strong backing to them.

My withdrawal request performed now. It took two weeks but it was more quickly now than last time. The FPA helped me to solve the situation. It seems the problem was that ITFX connected me to an Introducing Broker. They disconnected me now. According to FPA's opinion my following withdrawals must be faster.

Good feedback! It's still a bit a mystery to me what they mean by "unauthorized". Really, that could mean anything they please. It would save them and their customers a lot of grief if they were more explicit and upfront about their trading rules. They should be posted in complete detail with a direct link to them on their home page.

Regarding customer service, they've been consistently responsive on the telephone, but have only replied to about half the emails that I've sent them. I'm not sure it's due to carelessness, or selectivity to which questions they care to reply to. Either way, being more diligent about responding to emails would go a long way to improving customer confidence.

I'm very happy with my trading with this broker so far; it's been very profitable. If I have no withdrawal problems with them, then they are golden, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm just a honest trader of ITFX. And I'm standing on neutrality.

I have to talk this because ITFX provide great service for me, with my trading experience on many borkers compare together I need to say ITFX present Safety and Honesty!
