Asking you to post this makes no sense. The advertising department sends contacts out to many new sites when they are first listed in the reviews. Getting an email like that doesn't prove the company is good or bad.
The date on the email from the ad department is May 2nd. If you check the review page...

You'll see that the first reviews were approved in June.
Before any ad contracts get approved, the list of potential advertisers is supposed to be sent to me. I say OK, limited, or no depending on the status of the company in Scam Alerts and the FPA's reviews. Based on the reviews so far as well as the slow handling of this complaint, my answer would be "No."
My recommendation to Bloomfisher would be for them to email Skrill support and you at the same time. I'm also going to invite them to this thread.
