CapitalCityMarkets wont release the funds in my account to me

they send me a email last week asking me to fund my account seem like they take deposits but not letting clients withdraw there funds

Speaking from my experience, I wouldn't deposit any money with them.
Chances are high you will never see it again.

Better yet, ask them about the complaints regarding their clients not being able to withdraw their funds when requested.
See how they respond to that question.
If they say there are no issues, point them directly to this thread.

Hi Tim-123, I was wondering if you ever got the money from the broker? Don't you think Forex By Pros "trader" should be held liable as well? The case is they direct you to the brokerage copany through their site. I'm sure they work closely together.

the money is gone the only justice you can get now is that they all go to prison

You may be right. However, I am hopeful the judicial process imposes fines and renumeration to those affected, with a settlement. Thank you for your response, poundtrader. Best wishes for your trading...
