You never requested spread comparison data. You didn't even know the myfxbook spread page existed until last month when I directed you to it as a point of reference. IC Markets provided you with our tick data.

Any time I present some facts or an objective opinion you change the topic. How about we deal with your case rather than continuing on with these grandiose claims that only sidetrack us from the real issue.

That's just a part/sample of my closing statement which makes up my report. If relevant Australian authorities don't see any merit in my report, then there will be no follow-through investigation.

Rahman, digging through old Zendesk tickets.... It looks like IC Markets support team leader Sung Choi actually provided you with a myfxbook broker spreads link on February 3rd 2015. This means you were made aware of the broker spread comparison data from a previous stop out before March 5th 2015.

Given you knew about the link why didn't you check the spreads for yourself? Why didn't you ask our support staff to check this?

That was another unsolved case issue/dispute which I will go back to after this case issues/disputes.
Quite frankly, I don't remember that email, but since you kindly reminded me, then this further prove that ICM Team Leader Sung Choi did know where I can find comparison tick charts but have, for obvious reason, suffered a bad case of amnesia or, as you have pointed out, inexperienced(?) which at that material date and time would have put my case issues/disputes with ICMarkets to rest.

Well, as soon as I have polished up my rather long report (and English is not my mother tongue), I will submit them to some Australian authorities and let them decide what to do with my case issues/disputes with ICMarkets.

Rahman, Sung was not dealing with your case so how could he possibly provide this data? Sung was involved in your case approximately one month after it began. This is too late for him to get the myfxbook data. You on the other hand could have seen the data for yourself from the very beginning.

Are you posting the report on here?

This 'scam' case needs to be resolved one way or another. If you're not sharing your evidence/report then how can it possibly be solved?

Any facts in my report? Yes, I believe so with relevant attachments and references.

I can only post the whole report here once I get some respond from any of the Australian Authorities because it's still not an officially submitted report/document and, as such, cannot be made public before action(s) or inaction(s) have been taken.

Since ICMarkets & myself still very much hold onto our original convictions, so, for now, this thread is stale mate and in limbo until such time that I received any follow-up news on my report submission.
