They froz my trading account and always changing my password so l could not trade the markets. I asked them to fix the account so l could trade but fmfx made excuse after excuse and it was taking so long so l wanted to withdraw my funds...well no way would they let me do that...every time l went to withdraw it was denied...not enough id....OMG! they had all my id needed but it still was not enough. I contacted support but no answer...meanwhile money was disappearing fast.....l contact support again and again...still no satisfaction and now my account is ZERO...........GREEDY THIEVING TOADS HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!

How and when you exactly deposited the money?

July 30/2017 by my visa debit/credit card.
I tried with my bank to get my money back but because the intition was outside Australia and overseas somewhere my bank could not do anything to recover my funds.

Talk with customer care ASAP and tell them to file the chargeback.

My bank will not do a charge back.
My bank cards were cancelled and now l have new ones.
All my money has been taken from my trading account.
I could never use the trading account and l placed trades that new worked because they said insufficient funds and account now inactive.
The password was altered several occasions to prevent me from accessing the account And all withdrawals refused lack of id...they had all id but not enough..grrrrreedy toads.

I have sent countless emails.
I have contacted the support for finances
They ignore them, then if reply it is same same email saying they will contact my concerns to the appropiate department.
Then the issue is closed and never contacted again.
This has been going on for months. From Way back in August 2017.
Until now l contact FPA..
ALL MY MONEY WAS STOLEN!!!
