Is BrokerCapital.com a BOILER ROOM BUCKET SHOP?
The strongest and most dependable trading and investing advice anyone can receive is to get the education first, do the research, the due diligence and never trade with money you can't afford to lose.
Time and time again, people lose their hard earned money to these crooks because of lack of experience and education. The best advice is just hang up the phone, or move the emails to the spam folder.
With proper research you may find the best match for your investment goals, and keep looking until you do.
If you want to trade your own capital then allow yourself the time and patience to get the required education.
If BrokerCapital.com claims a third party whom they have a business (or criminal) relationship with was the actual party responsible for your loss, then that reflects poorly on their reputation.
It's possible that BrokerCapital.com is merely spoofing another registered business as most boiler room operators do.

Never heard of this "broker". Their website looks like some partner website or affiliate website and not a brokerage website.
As per the case, I will not vote because in this stage of development, my vote would have gone for "Not Guilty".
And the reason...I have stated many times that people are responsible for their capital and it is their duty to keep it safe. When someone calls and promises profit and guarantees that your capital will be safe and in case of a loss, he/she would restore your balance, this is a lie! There's no such thing as "insured deposit", "profit guarantee", "safe investment" etc. Even if you make a deposit to the bank, there's a risk of bank facing bankruptcy. In this case, your deposit is insured up to some limit. But the risk of bankruptcy is real, e.g. it exists and someone should manage it!
People who are calling with promises for risk free investments and profits are just account managers, they earn money by referring people to trade with their company. It is their job to retain you when you lose your investment.
People should learn when to stop and where to invest. Another forex newbie with another deposit worth thousands of US dollars. They don't know what makes the markets move and open blind orders without proper managemet of their capital and risk. This is what brokers want and that's why they target at this social group. They are less careless, it's easy to mislead them even for new account managers, they don't have experience and don't read brokers' terms and conditions.

I am not expect they response for what they did to me. They are not respectful people. I just want to let other people know this company is not worth any trust to do business with, and stop invest with them and withdraw your money there if you have with them.

This is a clear cheating case and I voted for Guilty. They cheat innocents. Cysec failing in big way to curb such incidents. They should cancel licenses or fine much more (so that they won't do it for others). You lost huge amount trusting these criminals.

It is like, there is a terrorist in society who attracts innocents to come near with false stories and kills people. Rather than kill the terrorist, @ruseneca says you shouldn't go near him and supports terrorist activities.

This is much worse than Gambling. At least in Casino, we know why we went for and no one tell lies.
However here, a regulated brokerage firm, simple attract newbies with all sorts of lies (they learn the art to lie confidently) and empty accounts (in the end, they will just blame that client gambled his own money).
