yeah i have spoken to them and explained everything but because the dealine has passed there is nothing that they can doIf the bank was notified before the deadline and waited until it passed, you may also want to ask WinChargeback if they can help.
Yeah I agree and I've already submitted a complaint to the financial ombudsman who are looking into it.In this case, I suggest a complaint to either Visa or Mastercard (whichever you used), as well as to your country's banking regulators. It sounds very much like someone at your bank screwed up and this needs to be reported.
