How to control your emotions after series of losses ?

Think bright there's always a way to win. If you had been losing several times, there's only two possibilities. Lack of studies, and or treating Forex like a casino. If you are the second type, STOP IT!. If you are the first type, keep on learning, every human being has never stop learning. so, don't stop.

The only way to take emotions out of trading is to create a trading plan and follow it diligently. A trading plan should dictate how a trader approach the market and decisions on trading and managing their trades. Without a plan, a trader will trade based on gut feel and emotions. I'm still trying my best to practice that. Not easy though.

Is that Aylezo FXPRIMUS race car in your avatar?

Yes, good advice. We can turn forex easily into gambling. So it is better to treat forex as an investment with control over emotions

After losing too much, just stop your trading and relax, free yourself from pips number and money. Get a good sleep and forget everything, you might have a good next trades.

Agree. That's what I am doing at the moment

Well I would like to know your thoughts on how to react when you faced series of losses in forex. In my case I will stop trading about 03 - 04 days and come back again. If not "revenge" always come to my mind and I may blown my whole account.

I would just stop for a short time and get my thoughts together and see what I can do to get back to where I want to be. It's an up and down thing, you can't let emotions get the best of you :)

Stop trading for one week. Analyze what I have done during that week and come with a proper plan again to fight the market.
