liteforex cancel my WITHDRAWAL 95$ and deleted my balance about 50$
I trade on Monday. I trade began at 6 am, to 11 noon, (GMT +7) Indonesia time.
and make trades in a long time, as well as trading in trading hours, the chart moves as usual, and also, I did open orders by 20 to 30 orders.
then I did the withdrawal amount $ 95

I have several times spoken to costmer service,
but they always told me to send an email to amlpolicy@liteforex.com.
I've sent an email more than 25 times, but they only reply once, and the answer is not very satisfactory.
they assume that I have committed an offense.
they say that I conduct trading activities during non-market rate.
although, I did trade on Monday. and certainly when the markets move.

they say, due to non-market rate, so they consider me violation.
but if you look at some of the cases in the FPA, when members LiteForex losses, due to the spike, or non-market prices, they always assume that prices are in metatrader is a legitimate price.
and when the price of LiteForex not considered appropriate, when we experience a loss, they do not want to refund us, but when we get a profits, they consider illegitimate price, and do not want to restore the profits that we get.
I did a transaction over 5 hours on that day.
and price movements move as usual.
