Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company
Pharaoh, honestly there was some progress made but we are far from solved. I got about 20% of my investments refunded so far. In addition there is still the fact that Richard Gibson placed orders on my behalf without my approval. Due to this I faced losses nobody feels responsible now. They are still investigating internally ...... I appreciate the change in their attitude but we are far from being resolved.

Well, its good that you got 20% of your investments so now you can ask them that if they returned 20% so far than why not full refund yet ?

If a broker employee made unauthorized trades, it's up to the brokerage to give full compensation by returning 100% of the lost funds to the account. This compensation should be immediately withdrawable.
Tell NRG they should pay you today and ask Richard Gibson to compensate the company.

well my goal is still to make money ... therefore, i started trading. so they asked me if i could try another "specialist" for one more month ... well, this new specialist sends out signals once a day with his ideas. i check and if i have a similar opinion i enter the trade with smallest amount possible. so far i traded with him 3 end-of-day trades the last days and they finished in the money. so i made a small profit. in a couple of weeks we will see the result. i do not treat it as a one-shot business.

You also shouldn't trust their traders. If you successfully withdraw profits, that costs them money.
Have you ever been to Las Vegas or Macau? There are casino employees who will teach you the basics of the games. What they won't do is try to convince you to follow their "sure to win" betting advice. If a casino had an employee who helped more and more clients win more and more money, the casino would go out of business.

I have been silent for some time due to some trading activities with NRG and other brokers. I stopped working their "senior" traders because they are rubbish. Most of time they make you loose your money ...
Now I have a pending withdrawal request open for one month already. Nobody feels in the mood to respond or to work on this request. Only some lady from them contacted me that I am requested to provide some documents for verification again .... strange because I think I sent the documents several times already.
I also sent emails to their support, Ruby Jones and Lance but no response at all. Anybody aware if they are still working there?

All I have to say is good luck. If you have a low percent of mistrust, you need to get what is left from your money and run fast. My experience with NRG has been horrible. I lost over $200,000 and have been chasing them now for more than 6 months. All I get is promises.
Again, this is an advise from an expert. You may check other traders who complained about NRG and judge for yourself. Why not go to a trustworthy broker and better yet go to Forex trading as binary option is not save and full of risks.
For God Sake, reserve your money and save it. It is your hard-earned cash, unless you do not care!!
Ask yourself a question, Why NRG confuse people with 4 different countries to chase their identity!!

Well, it is less of a matter that I trust you or not. I am in discussion with them since beginning of the year on getting my funds returned. well, it is only a few kUS$ but that is also money. I got some of my funds returned already and would like to get the rest as well. So I am seeking for a discussion in order to make progress.
