Why do you have 2 threads about the same issue?

Hi,
Could you please advise on how to cope on the situation? This is seriously devastating the online investment concept. How to invest money with virtual with someone who easily can block your account by next day!!!

NO. i did not complain. but I sent several emails to them on the issue and they threat that I will raise dispute form through the bank to get money back. then they implied said that do whatever you want!
Then I raised dispute form to the bank.

i opened the link mentioned above for complained but I could not be able to fill the complain. some thing is not working properly. what I have to put/fill on financial firm cell?
 
I would encourage you to write an email to their compliance department entitled "Official Complaint Relating to ICM Account #1500058824" at compliance@icmarkets.com.au; compliance@icmarkets.com; compliance@icmarkets.sc (depending on which IC Markets you are signed up with) - and if you don't know, send it to all 3. Then State your case clearly, what your concerns are, what you want them to do, and most importantly, by when and what time. Give them a reasonable time to respond e.g. 4 working days - for instance only, if your ICM entity is in Australia, then being a commonwealth country they will be celebrating the Queen's birthday tomorrow (Monday) - so give them up to say Friday to get back to you formally on your complaint. Copy their support team as well as anyone you know at ICM.

I had a request for a withdrawal request on ICMarkets. the request got declined by them, and they informed me that there is one of my accounts has a negative value and I should reset to zero before any withdrawal.
literally, I transferred the negative amount with the value of 580 USD to reset the account. then I raised again withdraw request but the again declined the same.
attached for your references as evidence of the transfer amount of 580usd.
please advise what is the next action to be performed, furthermore, I noticed that today my account is deactivated and I got this mail from ICM .
this nonproductive approach from such a company is devastating the concept of online investment that they blocked my money and refused to proceed with a withdrawal requests.

Is it just me or that IC Markets are trying out an exit strategy from the brokering business? Day by day, they are getting a whole lot of awful complaints and they couldn't care solving it. Proves how much "they value" their clients in general.

I am not easily taken away by any flaunting statements.

Attached file which shows that the price goes to 6.xx where on all other platforms oil price never goes to this level , so it seemed the price dropped intentionally to ****up the account.

2- attached also screenshots where i found progressively 3nos of deposits on 1hr time gap which transaction with amount of 1000usd without my authintecation. These are fraudsters transaction which i requested the to refund the money back to my bank.
