WARNING!!!! Please be very carefull in buying this program. I bought this program on the 23rd of August 2015. I bought two licenses for both of my computers. After i paid, it took them almost 12 hours to sent me an email regarding the instructions on how to download the software. Then they asked me to sent them my MAC address of my two computers what i immediately did. It took another 5 hours till i got the download link for the program. So that was not the bad part. It could be because of time different between my country and Los Angeles, USA. So now the problems start. I installed it on my laptop and it works fine so far. I also installed it on my PC and it does not open the program at all. I immediately wrote them an email and explained them the problem. Today is the 29th of August and they still did not reply till now. Not even an email informing that they are workig on it or trying to find a solution. NOTHING. I resend the email every day and nothing happened. Their so called customer service isn't existing. At least not for me. Today i went on a business trip and brought my laptop. As i tried to open the program with the Wifi of the hotel i stayed, the program did not work anymore. It is because of the MAC and IP address of your computer. It constantly changes when you log in to another internet connection. Imagine this, you buy a program and you can only use it on your home internet connection and when your PC breaks you need to buy a new program, since the customer support doesn't give a S***T.

We do not understand your problem. If you are not happy with our product you can ask for refund. We have many happy customers, those who are not happy get a refund.

I guess you do not understand what the problem is? I am sending you emails regarding a problem i have since a week and you did not answer once. Happy customer? I had to raise this issue to a forex page just to get an answer from you. Instead of getting the problem fixed and trying to keep a customer, you offer a refund. What i want is the product i bought to work the way you offer on your homepage. Fix the problem. Tell me how i can get it to work and stop refusing to give me the customer service and support a customer deserves. My program on one of my computer is not working. It does not start. So please get me support for this issue. After it is resolved i will update my review.

Yes thats true but till now i got no reply to my reply. I think they are just careless. All i want is my program to work. If they cant get it to work, okay, fine for me, so refund it, but not answering at all is just unacceptale. At least they should have some efforts to try getting it to work. This program is actually good but there are also lots of questions to be answered what their user guide is not explaining. So if i can not even get an answer if the whole program doesnt work, how can you get any support for less important questions.

It is sometimes really crazy how people do business.

If i will not get an answer till tomorrow wednesday the 2nd of September, i will demand my money back and will post as many reviews i can to protect others from trusting these people.

This is what they writing on their support page. What a joke. Dont believe a word.

HAHAHAHAHA. Glad to answer, they problem is they are not answering.

Hi again,

just to update you on this horribe company called EAtree. Like you can see on my reports above, they are the worse scammers ever. They sold me their program and after i told them that it does not work on my computer, they did not answer anymore. After weeks of unsuccesful attempts, i posted the story here. One of the moderators here told me to email them the thread address what i immediately did. Till now same problem. The program does not work and after a month of sending emails and never getting any reply, i am just fed up with this. I sent them this email today demanding my money back. I am sure they wont refund me. Will let you know if they will pay me or not. If not i hope all of you will help me to get them labled SCAM with a court case.

Here is a short follow up on this. They have finally refunded me but you wont believe what they still said to me. They are complaining because i wrote a bad review about them. They said i wrote that bad review unfair because they have fulfilled all legal obligations and refunded me. How i dare to write a bad review. Here is my answer.

you are really blinded by stupidity and arrogance. I have contacted your customer support over 6 weeks with 17 email and NOOOOONNNNNNEEEEE has been answered. Not a single one. After peaceful and multiple attempts to contact you i started to complain at Peace Forex Army because YOU did not answer and the program did not work. If you would have answered and told me that you can not solve this problem and because of this problem the program does not work for me and you will refund me, i would certainly not write a bad review, but you did not answer at all. The review i wrote weeks before you have refunded me and after several weeks you ignored all of my emails and you just refunded me because i complained at Forex Peace Army and this is a profen fact, because until i complained with FPA you have not done anything. You just answered me after i complained to FPA. I am also not saying in the review that you have not refunded me. I just said by the time as i wrote the review, that i did not get the refund yet. Now i am telling you why you are Scam. You promise on your homepage that there is a customer support and you will be glad to answer any questions. WHat a joke. I had just one question and never, ****ing never got an answer from you. This is copied from your homepage.

Instead of complaining about the bad review and call me unfair, you better go clean up first the mess in front of your own door step, If you would have answered my emails, in which i am asking friendly for help, this would not have happened. Sadly you choose to not answer any of my 17 emails and this is now the result.

The review i wrote was correct and nothing than the truth.
