    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem XTB has not processed my withdrawal 20+ days

I am having an issue with a company

I placed my withdrawal request on Nov. 7.

XTB claims they sent the wire transfer on Nov. 8. My bank has performed a check today, November 28 and the transfer has not been received.

XTB appears to have stopped responding to my messages. After steady responses no reply in 24h.

I am attaching all correspondence and relevant document screenshots.

This is a message from earlier in the year when I made a deposit using the same account information. XTB has no trouble receiving.

IMG_2916 is what they sent to ‘prove’ that the transfer has been sent. However there has been no associated deposit in the time that the transfer was initiated until now. We are looking for $910.00. Only internal transfer activity on the account since then.

I shared the ways to get their attention on your issue.
You have two options here either you wait until you get and update from them or you can add a review and update your review when you have your funds.
 
I am going to wait a few more days to see if this really is a technical error. If it is they should be able to resolve it quickly and they have some incentive to do so before their reputation is further sullied. Thank you for the links to their social media.
