Broker WSI found here: Wave & Soros International are SCAMMERS and have refused multiple withdrawal requests both of profits I made on my account news trading AND refuses to even send me my initial deposit back! They have said they were "Investigating" mine and another 8-9 accounts however this was over 3 weeks ago and now refuse to even reply to my emails. No doubt they are planning on stealing my and others deposits as well as any profits made. DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM!!!

WSI is scamming me too. I deposited 1000 USD with them and made about 2400 USD in profits. I have attempted to withdraw, but they denied my request. I sent them an email or two requesting a status update on my withdrawal request, but those were ignored. Finally I sent a more threatening email, and that brought a very weak response. These crooks are holding my money and will not pay! They don't respond until you threaten them, and then they spit back a bunch of unintelligible garbage. MY ADVICE: DO NOT SEND FUNDS HERE!!!

LEXngton, since you are in the USA, you can try to complain to the NFA and CFTC.

I think this probably falls a little more to the CFTC, but there's absolutely no harm in also reporting them to the SEC.

BTW - LEXngton, how did you deposit?

WSI Should be referred to the traders court as they are scamming me too.

As you see from the screenshot attached my withdrawal requests keep being denied, no one has responded to my emails to say why and no response on live chat or messages sent through live chat. I believe they are a scam and have no intention to pay out. Please can I start a traders court to stop others being dragged into depositing with them as I believe they will not see there money again again.

They claim to be UAE based but I contacted the regulator who says they are not covered by them so there is no formal route to take. This was there response.

We refer to your complaint to the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) dated 24 March 2015.

The DFSA is the independent regulator of financial services for the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC is a 110 acre free zone located within the City of Dubai. As such the DFSA only has civil and commercial jurisdiction and deals with issues involving firms that it regulates. The list of regulated firms is available on DFSA’s public register which can be accessed at Public Register - Firms.

A search of both the DIFC and DFSA public registers indicate that Wave & Soros International (WSI Forex) is neither registered nor authorised by the DIFC or DFSA. The DFSA has assessed your complaint and following our assessment we have determined to take no further action as we do not have jurisdiction over WSI Forex.

Thanks

I deposited via international bank wire transfer Pharaoh. Their still refusing to process any and all withdrawal requests and have sent me email saying to "quit threatening them". I replied by saying I'm not threatening them rather just stating the facts and have nothing to hide!

If you want to really press them hard, I have some suggestions that may help.

Gather all your evidence. Then file complaints with:
econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints.
CFTC, SEC, NFA
The authorities in Dubai
If their bank account is in another country, the authorities there.

Also, please post an update in your Traders Court case thread about the latest things you have heard from WSI. Putting copies of any emails here and in the case thread would be helpful.
