By the way, if you run Mt4 and login to your account at different computer with different IP address in the same time, your account'll not connect successfully with a message according to journal which said that "public key is not found"，it's the security for Mt4. You need contact support to reset your account as quickly as possible.

I pay 10$/1lot on each orders. Unfortunately it is not only me who has withdrawal problem at ITFX, other people on the Forum also have the same problem with them.

I don't know why you got problem on withdrawal, it just dosen't make sence on your case. I think there're thousands of live accounts, only a few people got problem is normally, please tell us more about your case and the new progress recently.
Are you contact and negotiate with them recently?

I just had this login problem by login to my account with differernt IP at the same time. Did you tried to contact the custom support or give them a call about your problem in this case?

Yes I asked them several times on chat, they promised the technical department will contact me. I wait for nothing. Then I wrote them an e-mail three days ago in which i asked for solve this problem and requested a withdrawal. I'm still waiting their answer.

I had account at ITFX. I’ve had withdrawal problems too, but after a long „fight” I have got my money back. After that I closed my account. Now I’m trading at other broker, by now with no problem. I suggest you not to give up, but it will be as hard as a stone.

As an expert of ITFX systems and rules, how can you explain that this' „IP address problem " mentioned by you, only occurs when you want them to return your money. Anyway, I'm sure that this is not a sufficient reason for denying your withdrawals. Of course, maybe this is also a rule (against withdrawals) of ITFX, just this so far has not yet published???
