Why is the Admiral Market rep so very willing to "end the discussion" with each post while leaving potential questions unanswered?

Here's how you can end it. Post the bid/ask tick by tick during that minute and show exactly how big the gap was. If that correlates to the video and to the price gap egubil experienced, then the argument really is over. If it conflicts with the video or egubil's price gap, then Admiral Markets has some serious explaining to do.

Because we are disturbing them to act as they want :)

I hope you mean that the opening price was adjusted and not that the trade itself has been reopened. It was a sell trade and the USDJPY has made a significant upwards move since then.

Assuming that this is just a change to the opening price and not a reactivation of the trade, this looks like an excellent step towards getting this issue resolved.

The assumption is correct. Thank you for mitigating this disagreement.
We hope that the client appreciates our effort.

Dear AdmiralMarkets.com Representative,

1- I couldn’t open your file in any supported program

2- It is well known that your “.ods” file is editable but my “.hst” is not editable

3- I don’t know why you can’t post your “USDJPY1.hst”

4- You changed the slippage from 32 pips to 28 pips that means there is something wrong

5 - Gap can’t take 4 seconds time in high volatility market _ let me explain:

Now let’s say it is 13:30:01 @ 5th April 2013 NFP news: pls count with me 1111 2222 3333 4444 (it takes approx.4 sec right?) after all of this time Admiral Markets wants us to believe the market didn’t make any move or tick as they posted :

Post#27:

“2013.04.05 13:30:01 96.19
2013.04.05 13:30:05 95.80

So what happened from 13:30:01 till 13:30:05 in high volatility market as they said before? nobody believe market didn't make any tick for 4 sec.

AND when you check Prices they sent in post #23 is different than in post #27 for the same order and for the same time!

Post #23:

“2013.04.05 13:30:06 : activation price #19118976 sell 0.90 USDJPY for '8008945' corrected from 96.08000 to 95.76000
2013.04.05 13:30:06 : last ticks for #19118976: 96.21000/96.23000 96.19000/96.21000 95.80000/95.82000 95.77000/95.79000 95.76000/95.78000 “

7- I send attachment shows my pending order was still working , modified and was not executed till 13:30:22 ,while you posted it was executed at 13:30:06 (post# 23 & # 27)

8-I sent you “.hst” file from your server in my last post, we don’t have “.hst” trees here in Egypt to send you these files from! It is the real tick history, please send me yours!

9- Any trader can check his broker charts for this day to see that there was no gap except if Admiral server was in different planet

From all above mentioned I believe truth can’t come from your side

.ods is an Open Document Spreadsheet. It can be opened using OpenOffice, a free suit of office software.

Yes I tried to open it using OpenOffice but didn't work for me as well as other programs

Anyway it is editable you simply fill the document

But ".hst" is the real tick history
