Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem AvaTrade does not want to refund my winnings

I am having an issue with a company

Yesterday, March 29, around 15:00 GMT, I made several winning short operations in the BTCUSD. However, the broker does not want to recognize these trades made manually. I am attaching some screenshots of my chart as it looked at that time. I am also attaching the report that I obtained from the broker with the respective operations and the movements that I have tried to make to recover my profits, in the end the broker took my money by winning honestly.

My Avatrade account is 70064099 - Ava-Real 6 and my transaction history is in https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Softhony/anthony-davalos/9753692

PS: The technical support had already given me the approval to withdraw $750 and $150 to my respective cards and the remainder, $6,825.28 via bank transfer. I am attaching the screenshots.

No, pero anteriormente, en un reclamo pasado me solicitó el formulario, fui proactivo y decidí llenarlo inmediatamente.

It would be necessary to leave a review on https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/539/avatrade-review and have its administrator @AvaTrade-ccare respond to us.
Many brokers set up Terms and Conditions that give them unlimited power to do anything they please. Just because T&C say something doesn't necessarily mean those terms comply with the law.

AvaTrade has multiple regulators. The hard part is figuring out which one applies to your account. My personal recommendation would be to complain to ALL of AvaTrade's regulators as well as financial and consumer regulators in your country, plus the always over-reaching US regulators.

I've written something that can help you determine where and how to file complaints. Go here:

Check the steps about evidence gathering, then move on to this page:

Once you get the first couple of complaints filed, doing more gets faster.
