Licence number is : C116016172
yes, they have mauritius license, but it is only for payment processing
Is it legal to cancel & close account like that ?
yes, if you signed up under Seychelles, it is legal for them to do so

Code:
swissmarkets.com (under Seychelles, not regulated)
global.bdswiss.com (under Seychelles, not regulated)
eu.bdswiss.com (under CySec, regulated)
eu.swissmarkets.com (under CySec, regulated)

I don't know why you're always talking about the Seychelles. The company is registered and licensed in Mauritius with FSC (Mauritius) regulation. It has nothing to do with the Seychelles.

You can check it here: https://www.fscmauritius.org/en/bei...tails?licence_no=C116016172&key=&cat=GB&code=
(it is not registered as a company for payments like you say, but as an investment services company (brokers usually are investment services providers))

Complaints go to: https://www.fscmauritius.org/en/consumer-protection/complaints-handling

Also it is clearly stated that BDS Markets is the main company of BDSwiss.com and BDS Swiss Markets Global Services AG, and they have a complaint-email (for FSC (Mauritius) regulated traders): complaints@bdswiss.com

You can also check their registration of BDSwiss.com (not global.xx.com (this one doesn't even exist) and not eu.xx.com). It is BDS Markets with the MU (Mauritius) address (see attached screenshot).

@marco_mmbiz minor correction

if signed up under
Code:
eu.bdswiss.com
eu.swissmarkets.com
it is cyprus regulated

if signed up under
Code:
swissmarkets.com
global.bdswiss.com
registered at Seychelles, but NOT REGULATED.
I know some people who had issues with BDSwiss, but were resolved somehow...
Still, offshore like Seycshelles, Marshalls etc. Just IBC registered nothing else.
Belize, for a difference, actually has pretty solid regulation, provided one obtains a brokerage license. A mere IBC means nothing...just a number in the registrar and a p. o. Box

client outside EU is put under Seychelles, and BDS Ltd is not registered with financial regulator
Code:
https://global.bdswiss.com/app/uploads/2016/07/General-Terms-Conditions_BDS.pdf
https://www.fsaseychelles.sc/capital-markets/

in the terms and conditions, it says mauritius branch is for payment transaction, not for securities/trading brokerage

As said before: "global.bdswiss.com" doesn't exist. You sign up with either "bdswiss.com" (FSC regulated) or with "eu.bdswiss.com" (Cysec regulated), and not with "global.bdswiss.com".

You always have a wrong link for their T&C's, this one is the correct one, for the correct page:

In the email screenshot posted by the OP here, it also always says "BDS Markets Ltd", not "BDS Ltd".

i just double checked, as im outside EU, i typed http://bdswiss.com/ in the address bar, it will auto redirects me to https://global.bdswiss.com/

in the main website, i go to terms and conditions https://global.bdswiss.com/general-terms-and-conditions/
it shows me different version of pdf than yours. so it means there are clients will be under Seychelles

That's what I thought too. So, for the OP he can proceed with a claim at the FSC then (as he's probably not using the "global" page aswell), and if no one from BDSwiss will react to this thread here.

Thanks guys for all those information. Realy helpful.
I will check the complain link, as I am a EU citizen.

If some one has already been able to get it back his profits, I'm curious to know

I keep you update.

I take a few days off from the forum and this is the advice being put out? Oh boy.

------------

@Nephesh Why are you "trading" binary options that are not on a regulated exchange? Why trade binary options at all?

well ok, its the least bad of all islanders... C'mon be fair, Belize IFSC actually incorporates segregated funds structure as a must and a high deposit amount for brokers. That cannot be disputed.

The enforcement is a different issue, though
there is none, for trades :)

If possible skip offshore or make sure you know who you deal with.
