FX Primus issue with credit Account

    Hello My Name is Arvinsingh Angteea
    I currently have an Account with FX Primus with ID Number 9207538

    I have made a Deposit on Friday 09th MARCH 2018 which have been successfully transferred to FX Primus Account ( See attached PDF File - Receipt.PDF )
    However after Seeing that my Account with FX Primus was not Updated accordingly
    i contacted FX Primus Manager , Support Team and Even Log a ticket with ID No RIF-497-10880
    the response came back as " Fund deduction was impossible, as transaction was interrupted due to attached error msg
    You were logged in at the same time to your bank.
    "

    I have Cross Check with the Bank Several Time and they Confirmed that the money have been Fully deposited

    Most Grateful if i can get some help please
