So, tday, I am going to initiate several legal procedures. It is time consuming but I am interested in some more information for these cheaters.

I'm much more worried about other vague parts of the typical T&C. A lot of the ones I've seen grant a broker unlimited rights to declare anything bad for the broker (such as profit by a trader?) to be cheating.

That's why I don't trade with such brokers! I always read and understand every single point from "Terms and Conditions" and if such point is included in their T&Cs, I just don't open an account with them. My experience shows that even in a phone call, all brokers with such unfair terms refuse to change them. Well, it's a matter of local laws and regulation, too!!! This is valid for Forex brokers, Option brokers, casinos etc.
The "best platform" is not the one which gives you an amazing bonus but such which protects clients' rights without the necessity of any 3rd parties!

Goptions will no longer be willing to assist customers that post to this forum
The fact that anyone "believes" facts that are torn out of the pages of a science fiction novel are beyond me
This "customer" never deposited
It doesn't mean he doesn't have a right to complain
But his "loss" is limited strcitly to what he could have won during the initial 24 horus provided to hi as a free roll.

Yet to put this rediculousness behind us, we offered the gentleman $50
It's more than he earned the entire period
But if that's not enough, then so be it
Now we are guilty of not being blackmailed - I believe we can live with that
So long as we gaurantee pricing (where no other binary broker does) and guarantee same day withdrawals (where no other broker does) such claims will never stick as they are false through and through
