I must say I was interested to read that Lance Graham had finally agreed to settle your claim/refund of $275 000 and refrained commenting until the transaction had been successfully concluded, but it would appear that that is not the case and your efforts have been further frustrated.
At the beginning we have tried to communicate in a civil and respectful manner with this 'company', but they are not deserving of respect or civility.
I would be interested in the update you might have of this 'company', but they are so low in my personal opinion, I doubt they could go lower.
They have probably go into "Unavailable, Unresponsive, No Reply" mode, where you can't get a reply or response from anyone!

I have more updates on this company that I will reveal soon. A clear testimony on their part and a lousy way to negotiate. I will keep you posted in a week time if they do not refund me. Also, the visa company has already started on their case from other victims.
