I started a withdrawal process with Avatrade starting on Dec 22 2017.
My initial deposit was $2000 USD on Nov 17 2017.

My withdrawal was for $1802.00 USD, so I am down $200 USD of my own money.

I got in touch with Avatrade support by email, and they responded on Jan 18 2018.

The withdrawal have been sent out from our end on the 3rd of JAN,

Please check this further with your Bank.

I have also talked to a Senior Market Analyst by email, saying to check with my bank.
Well my bank tells me that they have no control over wire transfers, and that it will appear in my bank account when they receive it.

Anybody know what action I should do next?

How you deposited the money?
 
The money was deposited by bank transfer.
Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Hi,
Live chat is actually working this morning, but only available in Chinese and Turkish!!!
Anyway, it's the first time I seen it working, and I'm queue position 33, so I won't hold my breath on that one.
I'm also trying the phone number, but when I choose "Customer Support", music plays for one minute and then it hangs up automatically.
I've attached a screenshot of my Avatrade account, showing that the withdrawal is still in progress since Dec 24 2017.

I deposited the money on Nov 17 2017, and it was $2000 USD.

(I'm still trying to get through with online chat)
 
Today I have asked 4 different Avatrade email address to join this thread.

It has been 5 weeks since I started the withdrawal process, and I currently can not reach anybody by email, live chat, or phone numbers.
When I call them, they play music for a bit and then the phone hangs up.
Live chat is only open sometimes, and if it is, then it's only available in Turkish and Chinese.
Email address work, but they simply refuse to respond.

Not a good first experience with FX for me. :(

Keep the pressure on, until your funds are returned. After that, avoid ALL online brokers, unless they are regulated in your country. I would suggest going with TD, They are awesome, and NOT a scam. ( Toronto Dominion Bank )
