No.
it can last forever.
firstly they tell they do not see withdrawal request
then they tell they do not receive my emails
then they suddenly make a mistake sending funds to wrong credentials

unfortunately my Case is still in preparation folder.. and it is not open for voting

Before Submission:

1. Try to contact the company about the issue at least 3 times over a period of at least 1 week.

Why? Many companies would gladly resolve your problem if they are given a chance to do so. There's no point in opening a court case when a quick phone call or email from you might solve the problem.

Please reply to your Trader's Court case thread in the preparation folder that you have still not received your funds.

Still no funds, no reply.
I've asked moderators to go ahead with voting with my case. I know that I wouldn't receive my funds but it may help others and prevent them from funding this scam.
