The Ontario CSE did not give me a good answer. They just forward to Quebec. I do expect they will take care of it.

I guess what we can do is find a lawyer and sue Sisma.

I am a Sisma Capital (Tradaxa) customer. Since Jun/13 I am trying to get back a deposit that I sent to their account but they lost the money.

Tried ISO and FMA - ISO said that situation is out of their control (deposit abroad) and FMA said there is no Tradaxa's office in New Zeland.

I keep trying to have my money back...

CSA Quebec， but I guess they will do nothing! Because the company is not there. Do you want sue them together, in New Zealand. Because sisma registe in there.
