Problem FBS scam me they cancelled my balance 1563$ and make my account zero 0,00 simply

He couldn't receive bonus 60% more than one time to one person, that is why he created several accounts to differents names and received bonus more than one time from the same device. Which is strictly forbidden by the bonus conditions.

Is there a limit for how much you can get 60%? I mean is it up to 10K deposit or something like that?

But he could get the same bonus amount in one account, so what's the problem here?

I still think that unless there is no problem with the accounts activity (i.e. accounts hedging, Islamic account arbitraging, stop out abuse, etc...) I see no problem with the client profits.

Hey Liz- Please explain what is the problem with different IPs/countries? It might be due EA enabling or any other reason (VPS). My opinion is that as long there is not abusive trading there no need to explain this.

You can see from the screenshot that there were several logs into one computer from different bonus accounts: 362525, 343162, 357319. And this is considered as a major violation of the promotion rules, because this trader received several bonuses to different accounts with different names. After he withdrawed all the profit from one account, he opened the other account for different name and received the bonus again, which was strictly forbidden by the bonus conditions.

That's what I want magdysoliman to confirm, FBS seems to suggest that different accounts used the same computer, to me it looks like two computers in different counties logged in on different days to one account (number 362525) so FBS quote above don't make sense

All accounts have different IP addresses, not the same as suggested by FBS

He could get ONE bonus up to 10 000 USD to ONE trading account. But it was prohibited to receive more than one bonus and to trade on different trading accounts with 60% bonus. It was all stated in the bonus conditions. Those condition were obligatory, and when a trader received the bonus he/she agreed to the conditions and had to follow them strictly.

You can see from the screenshot that cid is the same, it means that he traded from the same device. But he used programs to hide his real IP address.

So let me sum this up:

1. The only violation by the complainer was getting more than one 60% bonus and to trade on different trading accounts

2. Other than that- there is no trading abuse whatsoever, no hedge between accounts and no arbitraging

3. If the those accounts were opened from different IP/CID each, there was no problem

Am I right?
