We understand that you have used a company debit/credit card with last digits *0864 to make deposits on your Plus500 account.

Please note that, in accordance with sections 17.3 and 19.4 of the User Agreement, you are only allowed to use payment/withdrawal methods that are under your name.

Accordingly, you are required to provide an authorization form to confirm that you are authorized to use this card. To do so, please ask the cardholder (i.e. a duly authorized representative of the company e.g. Director) to fill out and sign the attached authorization form and include the following documents:

  • Copy of the debit/credit card used (front and back);
  • A copy of Director’s photo ID.
You can send the documents in a reply to this ticket.

Please be informed that you will not be able to open new positions until we receive the required information.

Hi. Any 1 can help on it. I have wait for 24 hour and submit all the document and they not accept on it. I start trade on 8th May until 12 th. And this is happen yesterday night. I deposit with my credit card rm1000 and success and making some profit. I go to click verify and submit this doc and it rejected and stop me from trade. It is my personal credit card.. Plus 500 say it is a under corporate name.. Because there got write Business Card at the card.. It is a type of credit card I apply from bank..

I deposit using my credit card and trade for 4 days. And when I verify my credit card. It was rejected by plus 500 and they told me it was corporate credit card not under name. I show them credit card statement. Credit card and my ID as well and online bank connect screen shot as well. They stil say it was business credit card not under my name.. They only ask me wait from email. And I not allowed to trade..

It's clearly mentioned on your card so why they rejected it?
Did you get any other email on your reply?

They kept asking me to proof is my individual credit card... And kept point there business card word at credit card there.. And point the card type colum in bank statement. Insurance biz plat... I totally dunno what they want.

if transaction didnt go through, try fund the acc using ATM card. which has visa or mastercard debit

They received the funds and initially allowed th trader to begin trading.

But if there is a problem with source of funds, why not just reject the deposit from the beginning?

But even if it was a mistake, they would have refunded the credit card immediately. No reason to hold the money hostage.

Even the regulated will be fooled. I would escalate this as a formal complaint quickly.
