Simply stop the trading process and pursue your refund request, File a Dispute claim with your credit card bank and cite as reason that Trader.online refuse to allow you to withdraw your investment, Provide as proof, your emails requesting withdrawal, the balance (screen shot) of your account at the time you were asking for a withdrawal, also, call the hotline of the credit card bank and explain your issues,ask to be referred to the Anti Fraud unit of the bank. Yes, that is right. The bank can cancel the transfer of money perhaps. Also send to the bank the screenshot from the trade platform with your personal data. That proves the causal link between the screenshot of your balance and you.
