Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem ContinueFX (continuefx.com) do not withdraw funds

I am having an issue with a company
CandleTrader, you should open a case in trader’s court too.
I will open one on Monday, sh4848fx opened one already.
It takes 3 guilty votes to declare this company as SCAM.
I have a feeling things will start moving once we open cases in traders court.
Let’s hope the 3 of us bring back some sense in this company.
If there’s more traders cheated by this company, please join us.

ContinueFX never reply my emails, they never reply in chat and phone numbers are not working. Once i made withdrawal - they dissapeared.

I know that. In most of cases answering machines or robots answer, like, your request received.

Wait, isn't that dispute settled in court of law?

Before that, there is a trader's court here on FPA. A lot of these disputes are resolved here. If that's not the case, the next step is the court of law.
But before that, it is important that other traders know if a company is SCAM or not, so that they think twice before depositing with a scam broker. We are all here to help each other.

What if the ContinueFX was registered on the territory of the State, legislation of which does not require applying to a trade's court, is it necessary to apply to a trade's court in this case?

DeLaNo, for example, a brokerage company had time to transfer assets out of the business to a territory other State, how will you return own money?

First thing i can think about is if a brokerage company makes money, then they want to continue doing this. Being listed as scam by FPA is not a good way of atracting new clients. I think they would try to avoid this at all costs so they kinda have to pay back the clients that are complaining.

But all things aside, if they don’t want to pay, you have the legal route. In this case it depends a lot on where the brokers juristiction is.
If it’s incorporated in a country with lax laws you may be stuck and not get your money back.
But why risk ruining your business as a broker when you can pay just the clients who are complaining? I’m sure they have a lot of clients that lose money and they play against these clients winning the money that they lose. Most of brokers claim to be ECN but in fact they’re just Market Makers. It’s just the easiest way to make money as a forex broker.

It is need to identify not a perpetrator but an organizer of the scheme of the transfer of assets. All this will take time.
