Call your bank or visit them, and explain the situation to them.
They willl exactly tell you what to do.
It is called, Claim under Visa Chargeback Scheme rules.
You can also google it, to find out more about it.

It has to be within 120 days. When I found out, it was too late for me to even go to the bank.

I really don’t know what’s the matter, normally when been robbed you go to the police and then
you forward the complaint to your issuing bank, we are not talking about some kind of friendly
chargeback procedure, but of a merchant fraud, and there is no such time limit, it’s a court
decision, if the damn bank doesn’t agree ! instruct your self on the net or consider at least some
legal advice.

Is the company legal to provide investments services in your country, best would be to call up your local regulator, see what they say.

In event of an fraudulent company, chargeback procedures will really harm them !
