Problem Report Prime4x withdrawal issues here.

Hello mr. Robert Chris,

lately you posted a list of successful withdrawals. It appears to me that many traders however are still waiting for their money. You do not reject their claims, you even deduct the requested amount from their balance, but you don't pay. Can you please explain what is going on, does Prime4X intend to pay their customers, and when?

.I made a withdrawal request by bank wire in the amount of $1000.00 on 2010-10-5.I I received money today 2011-01-3.

And I made a 2nd WD request by bankwire n the amount of $2000.00 on 2011-Jan-3.
I send some mails ,but no reply.
So I have chat session everyday and request to reply my mail and process my 2nd WD request.
They say "soon" but no action by now.

If I could receive my money,I will upload my post.

Waiting over two months

I have been waiting over two months for Prime4x to pay out.

My withdrawal was for $620.74 on the 8th November 2010.

What can one do?

Dear All:
I've been trading @ Prime4x since August 20, 2009. Deposit around $5,000, and made some withdrawal till March 17, 2010.
Everything was ok, till July 6 my account has been closed by risk management dept. They said they don't allow I used pip hunting strategy, and asked me to withdraw from my closed account. From that time my problem begin

I've tried to made my withdrawal at Prime4x since July 7, 2010.

I've e-mail support@Prime4x.com on:
July 7, 13, 14, 15, 22.
August 3, 10, 12, 17, 25.
September 21
November 18

Support@Prime4x.com replied my e-mail on:
July 8, 14, 15, 23.
August 3, 13, 18.
September 23

And also made live chat for several times:
July 19 with Joseph
August 17 with Laura
October 4 with Laura
November 18 with Tanya

but until today, my withdrawal never happen. They keep promising that my withdrawal will be process soon either at replied e-mail or live chat.

So please Prime4x (Mr Robert Cris) do something to this matter. Thank you!

Withdraw: $ 891

My account has been deducted $ 891 on Dec 29, 2010.

Mr Omari told me in his e-mail that on Dec 29, 2010, my money will be wired to my bank's account (I've sent my bank's info to Mr Omari), he said:" Wired today u should recived monday"

But until today Jan 19, 2011: I am still hasn't received the money.

So Mr Omari, Mr Robert Cris or anyone @ Prime4x, can you all help me to solve my withdrawal problem here?

I didn't got paid until now,Mr Omari just replied me : "I will check it", Its so shameful for a broker that after 16 days of subtraction withdrawal amount from trading account they can not transfer money! its not just me they are many people that after deduction this amount they didn't got their money!

2011/12/28 : My IB sent an email to Mr Omari concerning my withdrawal
2011/12/28: Mr Omari replied email and said "It will be done after holidays"
2011/01/04: 10220$ was deducted from my account
2011/01/19: I didn't receive my money yet by wire bank transfer method and I sent an email to Mr Omari about this yesterday
2011/01/20: Mr Omari replied email "I will check it for you"

I receive my money (1000 usd) at 2011-Jan-03 by BANKWIRE.

My account No is 75460.And I made a 2nd withdrawal request by bankwire in the amount of $2000.00 on 2011-Jan-03.

After I request WD,I had 6 chat sessions with Accountant dept.
They said "soon" or "shortly" but,no happen.

No replies from Mr. Omari

In 2 months , it will be one year that I am waiting for withdrawal !

I don't understand why they promise to pay and don't keep their word? My life is a mess because of financial problems and after months of sending messages to Mr. Omari and Robert , I hoped to get a positive result! Mr. Omari , Don't you think that 10 months of waiting is enough for me?
