I already lodge a complaint to fpa. Not sure how the investigation is coming along. But I would love to hear your side of the story. Maybe together we can expose this company for what it is.

This is the latest email I received from TTCM.

I will try to do my best to explain the situation below:



Capital One Forex was originally an IB of TTCM. You were originally introduced to TTCM and Capital One Forex then got a license from New Zealand and became a White Label Client.



On “Sat, 06/04/2013 09:43” Capital One Forex requested your Funds be transferred to your account with Capital One Forex as you would be transferred to become a client of theirs.



We were only able to transfer funds to Capital One Forex Coverage Account as they are our end user and informed them from there they would have to transfer the funds to your account as you would no longer be our client and become a Client of Capital One Forex. This was done on “Mon 08/04/2013 11:00”. We have written proof from Capital One Forex of the Transfer request and our Response.



Kindly note that we are now also starting to take action against Capital One Forex with the New Zealand Regulator and will use your case as evidence of their actions and lies.

The plot now thickens. This is the email I received from Samir after I forwarded him TTCM's email.

We are working hard to have you to get you money back from TTCM and as a matter of fact we will file a compliant against them with the regulators in Cyprus and in the court of law, I will be traveling to Cyprus next week for this purpose, please try to cooperate with us and claim a charge back from your credit card so we can have some of the money back , If you do so you will make it easier for us to maybe meet you in the way and pay some of the profits to you, we are willing to do anything to make you a happy client regardless all the posts that you made online against us which does not bother me personally as I will prove my company is good and we are all fair he at Capital One Forex Ltd, Please do this for me and claim a charge back also ask your friend Ivan to do the same thing and I will help you guys as much as I can, please contact my assistant Enrico via Skype if you wish any time, Enrico.cofx or email enrico@capitaloneforex.com .

Considering the same family name, my vote is for a family business. With fake names, why bother to make them all relatives?

From what I can tell, Samir Beool is the one in charge.

I am not sure. I think maybe TTCM is not working with CapitalOneForex anymore. I am giving them one week to settle it among themselves first before I do anything else.
