Hi Celina,

As you know, the website of IntelFx was hacked. I asked support if personnal informations of traders were stolen. They said no. I'm not sure... If this is the case that could turn into a nightmare.

I am bothered by their lack of concern with their client's funds. Most troubling. If they are not scammers then they should remedy this situation immediately to avoid loss of reputation for their organization.

Well, up till now. I know they are guilty of terrible customer service. I hope that's all they're guilty of.

I feel hesitant of opening an account with intelfx.

I'll keep my eye on this thread.

Hi everybody,

I'm still waiting for my money. The support service at intelFx is very poor. Today support 2 was kind of rude when I asked him to check if Marvan sent the payment.

If I lose my money, they will lose their reputation.

I just want to tell you I received an email from the Government of New Zealnad concerning FNZ Capital (IntelFx):

Dear Ms Ouellet

Thank you for your complaint about FNZ Capital Limited.

FNZ Capital Limited is a New Zealand incorporated company. However, this company is not licensed or authorised by, or registered with, the FMA for any purpose.

We note that FNZ Capital Limited’s registered office in New Zealand is a serviced office. Its sole director and shareholder has provided his address as being in Malaysia. It does not appear that this company has any physical presence in New Zealand.

It is unlikely that we will be able to assist you to recover your money from this company. You may wish to seek legal advice regarding any private remedies which may be available to you.

I'm glad you got your money. I'm still waiting for my money. Today I ask support 2 to check if the payment was made. He was kind of rude. I hope I will get my money someday....
 
Today I said to support 2 That I made a complaint to FPA .

IntelFX Customer Support 2 said:
